1 cuprolled oats
organic, gluten free
1 Tbspchia seeds
1 cupdairy free milk
1 Tbspmaple syrup
adjust according to desired sweetness level
1 tspvanilla extract
1 Tbspstrawberry jam
optional adds to the strawberry flavor
1 tsppitaya powder
optional: makes it pink, adds some sweetness and nutritional benefits
5strawberries
diced, adding a squeeze of lemon juice will keep them fresher
⅓ cupdairy free vanilla yogurt
slivered almonds
Instructions
Make the overnight oats:
Step 1
To your jar, add rolled oats, chia seeds, dairy free milk, maple syrup, vanilla, pitaya powder and strawberry jam and mix until very well combined.
Add your toppings:

Top with a layer of diced strawberries, dairy free vanilla yogurt and slivered almonds or crispy rice cereal on top.
Step 3
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 30 minutes before enjoying!
