Instructions
Step 1
Slice ends off of your cucumber and cut lengthwise in half. Cut into 1/2" pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Thinly slice 1/4 of an onion, chop garlic, and slice scallions and combine with your cucumbers.
Step 3
To your vegetables, add light soy sauce, Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru), sesame oil, sugar, and sesame seeds. Mix well to combine and let marinate for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
