Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven on 200°C. Place the garlic cloves, olive oil and rosemary in a oven-safe boil. Make sure the garlic is covered with oil. Bake till golden brown (ca. 15 minutes).
Step 2
Roast the slices of bread.
Step 3
Add 3 cloves of garlic to the bread and mash them on top.
Step 4
Add the slices of prosciutto. Tear the mozzarella in 6 pieces and place them on top of the prosciutto.
Step 5
Drizzle the spicy honey on top.
