Step 1
Take a bowl and poor a couple of spoon of olive oil in it. Ad the basil and the goat cheese and smash them gently with a fork. Add a bit of salt too.

Cut the bread in half and spread some mayo on both sides.

Place some salad and tomato slices on the bottom side, add salami and the marinated artichokes. On top of them ease down the goat chees with basil.
