to adjust consistency

2slices white bread
2/3" / 1.5cm thick

1garlic
cut in half

1 Tbspolive oil

150gstreaky bacon
cooked and chopped

10 cupscos lettuce
chopped, wash & dried, 1 large, 2 medium, 3 small

parmesan
Freshly grated, for garnish

cooked to your taste, peeled and halved
