Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet

Favor was great. Cut potatoes small if you want everything done at the right time.

Delicious! Probably had something to do with all the butter and salt I put in without questioning the recipe. But it was good!! Healthy? Not sure!

I made with bacon cream cheese asparagus

This was a hit in my house. It's definitely going in the book. I used everything except I was out of oregano so I used Italian seasoning instead. I marinated the steak early afternoon and added a bit more soy & hot sauce to the marinade before pouring it in the pot. Everyone loved the flavor. The steak and potatoes came out just right.

Delicious and simple. This would be great with broccoli in this juice too. Made extra steak to have leftovers for tacos.

Parboil potatoes to get crispy

made the marinade with dijon mustard, truffle oil, soy sauce, worcestershire, honey, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and the other ingredients listed! no red pepper flakes, but sriracha. and parmesan on top!

Had some steak I needed to use and needed a quick meal for after the gym. MAN WAS THIS PERFECT! The marinade is delicious, and I will definitely be making this again!

I used flap meat because that's what I had and coconut aminos instead of soy sauce, omitted the rosemary because I just don't like it. It was delicious! We will definitely be making it again, even my 5 year old loved it.

Marinated steak and seasoned potato wedges. Made ours in the air fryer. Potatoes on 400 for 15 minutes. Flipped them. 15 more minutes. Added steak bites in for 10 more minutes.

Steak was a little tough, used sirloin.

I didn’t have the fresh hens but it was delicious.

This was so delicious, fefinitely had an Asian twist with the spy sauce marinade. One tweak I did was no hot sauce cause I'm allergic. My old man loved this, too. The meat was soft enough for him to eat it even with his teeth hurting.

Roasted the potatoes separately. Too much liquid when cooking the meat, I used sirloin steak, I didn't want potatoes to become wet. Thickened the juices with cornstarch and then put the strips back in to coat them.

This was great. Added extra garlic and seasoning to compensate for not using hot sauce (I am delicate lol). It turned out really well. The tip about boiling potatoes first worked well for getting the crispy layer on them. I look forward to making this again.

A very easy to make meal but also a very simple flavor.

Didn’t take a picture as visitors arrived as I was dishing up! I chose to keep the steak whole, still marinaded but then covered in the garlic butter and put in the air fryer for 9 minutes…. Delicious

I used garlic Ghee to cook the potatoes in and it all turned out delicious. My husband actually enjoyed it!

This recipe was really fast and easy to make. The results were yummy and filling. I used low sodium soy sauce because others said the original recipe was too salty. I also added a little bit of sesame oil into the sauce. It was really good The only major downside of this recipe was the cost of the steak. Spent $26 on the steak alone so this should just be a recipe for special occasions.

I used dried herbs and this turned out great with those, as well.

OHWOWOWOWOWOWOW Yes a million times. Don't let the simplicity of this recipe fool you - it is an absolute showstopper. The flavor is explosive and my fiance literally asked for it again tomorrow and my mom begged for the recipe. 10/10. This is going into the regular rotation!
