Stuffed with chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and fire roasted green chiles!The green enchilada sauce is made using a batch of homemade tomatillo Salsa Verde (or store-bought), that's been cooked in just a bit of oil and broth. So easy!

4 ozcream cheese
room temperature

3 cupsshredded cheese
I used a blend of colby jack & mozzarella

Salt
I used 1/2 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper

pepper
to taste

¼ cuponion
diced, optional add-in

Salsa Verde
1 batch, homemade

1 cupchicken broth
use only 1/4 cup broth if using store-bought Salsa Verde

2 Tbspolive oil
