Kipper Kedgeree

Had no onions still tasted good without. Used 2x tbsp curry powder and 1x tsp ground cumin. 6x eggs cooked for 8mins. Pressure cooked 200g rice with 360mls of water on high for 5mins. Grilled the kippers for 8min on a lightly oiled tray. Served with greek yoghurt, mango chutney and lemon juice.
