Instructions

Step 1
Cook the rice according to the packaging
Step 2
Season your salmon with the paprika, lime juice, garlic powder and salt.

Place in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 180°C /
Step 4
Chop the onion and red bell pepper, add the red curry paste and fry until soft.
Step 5
Add in your light coconut milk, lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Stir until well combined, then add in your salmon filets.
Step 7
Sprinkle your fresh coriander on top, serve with basmati rice and enjoy!
