Ingredients
2 servings
2 Tbspgochujang
n, make sure you get vegan, gluten free- brand used linked above
2 Tbsptahini
1lime juiced
1 Tbsppure maple syrup
1 Tbspcoconut aminos
can sub 1/2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce if not gluten free
¼ tspsea salt
0.5 pieceginger
peeled and grated
2dried ramen noodles
I used gluten free, linked above
cilantro
or green onion, chopped
sesame seeds
lime wedges
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
While you do that add all your "Gochujang Tahini Sauce" ingredients to a bowl and mix together until smooth.
Step 3
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually for about 4-5 minutes.
Step 4
Strain the noodles and place them back into the pot and pour the sauce over the noodles. On a low to medium heat, mix together until the noodles are well coated.
Step 5
Once the noodles are warm, add them to a bowl with any toppings you like and enjoy!
