One-Pan Creamy Chicken & Gnocchi

Added a lot more seasoning and made homemade cauliflower gnocchi- really yummy and stroganoff-y 🙂

Tasty! It had a hint of spice, but it was perfect.

when i do it again, I'm going to butterfly the chicken, then tenderize it. I had troubles with tough chicken, and getting it cooked correctly without overcooking the Gnocchi

This was nice. The mushrooms had a strong impact on the flavor, so a little more like stroganoff than I expected, but simple and pleasing. It would probably be a good idea to add peas or green beans.

Sadly, not good. It was incredibly bland and that is coming from someone that doesn’t need a lot of spice in their food. I put in a ton of salt and HOT red pepper flakes and still couldn’t get any flavor out of it. :( And honestly, it wasn’t that easy to make either. The chicken came out nice and juicy, though!

Make with pasta instead of gnocchi. Add more greens.

Use a roasted chicken next time. Add it at the very end. Also, add more spinach
