Beef Enchiladas

Added taco seasoning, was really good!

Add packet of taco seasoning and 2sazon and adobo etc. to meant then some taco seasoning and etc to sauce !

I ended up making some chicken and steak enchiladas with this same recipe and they all turned out great

It was delicious. Substituted ground turkey for beef.

Fantastic! Easy to make and filling. Will definitely add to dinner rotation.

This was awful.

I like this recipe a lot! It was very simple to put together. Homemade enchilada sauce is yummy but works just as well with store bought. I would make this again sometime.

Hey 2 cans of sauce. For me,1 can was not enough

Ben çok beğendim harika acılı doyurucu bi tarif. İç harcına kavanoz kara fasulye kullandım garip bi şekilde kıymayla çok yakıştırdım. Bizde enchilada sos veya baharatı satılmadığı için yazarın tarifini uyarladım. Biraz sarımsak,yağ ve unu kavurdum, üstüne 2 kaşık domates salçası ve biraz pul biber attım. Daha az acı olsun derseniz pul biber koymayabilirsiniz. Un ve salça kavrulunca sos kıvamına açılana kadar su ekledim, en son tuz ve bolca kimyon ile biraz kaynattıktan sonra ocaktan aldım. Enchilada sosunun yerine bunu sarılı lavaşlarımın üstüne döktüm. Peynir olarak rende mozerella tercih ettim. Fırından aldıktan sonra yine malesef bizde ekşi krema çok yaygın olmadığı için labne kullandım ve oldukça yakıştı, acı tadını dengeledi. Son olarak avakado ve maydonoz ekleyerek bitirdim. Yazarın eline sağlık hep yapacağım bir tarif oldu.

Delicious! I used a whole bag of suprimo mexican 3 cheese and one of the really big cans of enchilada sauce. I thought the pinto beans would be weird but it was so good.

I will use taco seasoning, and a second can of enchilada sauce next time.

I used wholeweat wraps; added corn & a fresh pepper to the meat; i used black beans & fried them with cumin & garlic & homemade enchilada sauce (see recipes) it was totally yummie; i fried the wraps in oil each side 10 sec so they where crisp snd not soggy

This really hit the spot. I didn't have a can of Chile's, so I put a drained can of tomatoes with Chile's into the filling. I think it acually made it even better. I only used a 10 oz store bought of enchilada sauce, which surprisingly was just enough.

This was flavorful but next time I would add 2 cans of enchilada sauce as it seemed a little dry.

I used two cans enchilada sauce and added 2 teaspoon cumin.. used black beans instead of pinto beans. Great recipe!

We added green chilis and pablanos to the beef mixture. Used red and green chili sauces...1/2 and 1/2. Heaps of SHARP cheddar cheese. Used tefried beans instead of canned pintos. Put red onion and jalepeno slices on top. Red onion mixed in with solely cheese for cheese enchiladas in addituon to beef.
