Instructions
Step 1
In a large sauté pan, over medium heat, add Beyond Beef® and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add tomato sauce and seasoning.
Step 3
Simmer for about 2-3 minutes
Step 4
Heat the corn tortillas until slightly browned.
Step 5
Add the mix onto the corn tortillas.
Step 6
Garnish with cheddar cheese, guacamole, lettuce, cilantro, tomato, and lime
