Instant Pot Keto Tuscan Soup

We like spicy food so I added a bunch of red pepper!

I used spinach instead of kale and omitted the oregano. It was great!

Baby Kale or Spinach. Sage sausage.

We all loved it. I used spinach rather than kale and my homemade turkey bone broth for the chicken broth.

I love this soup! I tweaked it, of course. Sage breakfast sausage was a happy accident. Spinach also has better macros and taste. I save cream for serving w Parm. It's in regular rotation now.

I love soup and this one was good and hearty

Made it in the crock pot with ground Turkey vs. sausage. Added a packet of Lipton onion soup seasoning. DELISH!!😋

Cooked in the crock pot I doubled the liquid and should double the sausage next time.

My husband hates sun dried tomatoes, so at the end, I will add sun dried tomato pesto into mine. It’s absolutely delicious! I also added in 1lb of spicy Italian sausage, 1lb mild Italian sausage, 7 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of heavy cream, cauliflower and mushrooms, made it more hearty

We added tortellini and it was amazing

Replaced the sundried tomatoes with a little rotel to make it easier for my toddlers taste buds 😋
