Harissa Salmon Bite Bowl with Broccoli

This was delicious! I made it with orzo. I didn't have time to add the pickled onions but I can see how those would be good for next time. The salmon seemed a little dry but maybe I overcooked it. Maybe it could also use a sauce for a little bit of olive oil on top. I will add this to my rotation.

Delicious! Very flavorful marinade. Mixing the mint with lemon and Greek yogurt made a great sauce

This will definitely be going into our weekly rotation! The harissa marinade was to die for and the pickled onions and mint were an excellent garnish. Also went great with some tzatziki on the side.
