Garlicky Smashed Chickpeas With Corn

The recipe instructions were paywalled so I guessed. I fried the onion and pepper and added the corn, then put it on a plate. I then fried the chickpeas and garlic and put it on top of the onion and corn on the plate. I then fried the egg and added it. It was pretty good but there were no instructions so thumbs down.

simple and good enough. used frozen corn, red onion instead of yellow, and mild pickled banana peppers instead of poblano chile. would make again.

Just ok for me. It was a fun way to mix up breakfast.
