Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash and chop cauliflower into floret sized pieces. Place on a lined baking tray. Mix the spices into the oil. Pour the oil and spices over the cauliflower and stir to coat all of the cauliflower.
Step 2
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is slightly golden browned.
Step 3
Serve up your cauliflower tacos and enjoy!
