Instant Pot Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Delicious but no need to break out your instapot for this it can be sautéed just as easily

I did it all in a sauce pan. Next time I'd just buy ground chicken, and stain some of the liquid before making the sauce.

Made rice to go with it in the lettuce wraps and shredded carrots to top it. I reduced the sugar by 1/3 and left out the siracha and jalapeño (didn’t have either) but did add the red pepper flakes. We loved it, definitely will make again.

I don't cook this in the instant pot, it made the chicken too dry. I just make it in a pan with ground chicken and it's a regular in our house.

I cut out the jalapeño and chili flakes and it was still spicy. But still delish.

It was great!!! Would be great on a bed of rice as well!

We loved the general flavor but here's what we did and what we will do next time. We added water chestnuts and chopped peanuts. Loved! It was really too spicy for us. Next time we will cut the Sriracha in half and omit the jalapeño. I will also reduce the sugar by 1/3.

Used my instant pot for cilantro lime rice and instead made this in my cast iron pan. Delicious!
