14 ozHokkien Stir-Fry Noodles
Or use noodles of choice
6 ozEnglish Cucumber
julienned
2green onion
sliced
3 tablespoonlight soy sauce
2 tablespoonrice vinegar
1 tablespoonblack vinegar
2 teaspoonChili Oil
more or less to taste
½ teaspoonsesame oil
2 teaspoongranulated sugar
2cloves garlic
minced
1 teaspoonSesame Seeds toasted
¼ teaspoonSichuan Peppercorn Powder

¼ teaspoonmsg

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles. I punctured a few holes in each bag and cooked in the microwave for 1 minute. You can also cook in boiling water on the stove until cooked through.
Step 2
Place the cooked noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water.
Step 3
Combine all sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Add the rinsed cooked noodles, thinly sliced cucumber, and green onions. Toss together well.
