Instructions
Step 1
In large pan heat up avocado oil to medium high. Season pork with salt and add to pan. Cooke for 3-4 minutes until pork starts to brown around the edges.
Step 2
Add kimchi cooking for another 30 seconds before adding rice, Korean pepper paste and sesame oil. Cook and mix until for 2-3 minutes until rice is slightly red from the kimchi and Korean pepper paste.
Step 3
Serve with fried egg and roasted seaweed.
