Mix all ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl

Over medium heat, add oil to a pan

When oil is hot, add ground meat and cook for about 3 minutes (looks about done)

Add sauce, noodles, snow peas. Mix them a little bit to cover with sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2 minutes
Step 5
Remove the lid, break the noodles, mix well. Cover the lid for another 1-2 minutes.
