Ingredients
6 servings
⅔ cupcashews
I used unsalted roasted but you can use raw as well
1 cupwater
1 Tbsplemon juice
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tsponion powder
1 tspcoconut aminos
1 tspmaple syrup
1 tspstoneground mustard
¼ tspsea salt
¼ cupdill
fresh, you can sub with 2 tsp dried dill
¼ cupchives
1 handfulcilantro
can sub with parsley or extra dill
Instructions
Step 1
To a high speed blender, add your ingredients and blend until smooth.
Step 2
If you aren't using a high speed blender, soak your cashews in hot water for 20-30 minutes prior. Drain the soaking liquid before adding to the blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Store in an airtight container refridgerated for up to 3 days.
