Saucy White Beans with Spinach

Swapped the parmesan for nutritional yeast yo make it vegan, and added a veggie stock cube afor a bit more taste and it was delicious!

Add herbs de Provence and red pepper flakes.

Super quick and easy. I used a 300g baby plum tomatoes and 150g spinach. Even added a small chilli! Very versatile.

I used kale instead of spinach as that's what I had, but I added it sooner so it had time to cook properly, worked well. I also used a can of cherry tomatoes instead of fresh.

Simple ingredients, with nice taste and texture.

It is something that I would make again. I used several different seasonings that were different from the recipe for more flavor. I also sprinkled on nutritional yeast instead of cheese.

Delicious...made it with rice and added St Moret to the beany sauce.

Went down well with everyone. Will make again. What kind of unit is a pint of tomatoes? I used 250g baby plum tomatoes. Added onions because I'd already chopped them before opening the recipe, oops. Made with engavita to make it vegan.

I added one anchovy that I fried with the garlic. Subbed the water with veg stock. Also added some sundried tomatoes and their juices. Finished with a drizzle of lemon chilli oil

Forgot to buy spinach so had it with celery instead. Really good and super simple!

Delicious! Added 1 lb of ground beef for more sustenance.

We added mushrooms & turned it into soup with more water and seasonings, still delicious

It was a colorful dish that was full of flavor. We did use fresh tomatoes from our garden.

Used half water and half white wine, were it called for water. And added some chicken stock at the end was alittle dry

This was great. I took the advice from other reviews and added chili flakes, vegetable broth and some zucchini / squash that I had left over from another meal. I added triple the Parmigiano cheese because I love it and had to use it before it went bad. 😊

I had to double the spices, and even then, it wasn't as flavorful as I hoped. I thought it was pretty good but my husband said it "was not his favorite".

Maybe try corn or peas instead of spinach to make the boys happy

Good flavor. Used Italian seasoning in replace or oregano. Easy prep.

Quick and easy dinner served with some bread. Did feel like it was lacking a bit of acidity and next time will add a squeeze of lemon before serving.

Added sun-dried tomatoes with the fresh. And used frozen chopped spinach.

Very quick and tasty. I used oil from sun dried tomatoes instead of olive oil and served with avocado slices on top. I also had a bit of leftover riced veggies that I added to the pot. Oh and I DID rinse the beans - habit :)

Better than expected!

Super quick and easy to make, I had mine for brunch with some crusty bread. A little bit bland for me (I didn’t add Parmesan so that may have been why) so I think more salt is need :)

I used kidney beans. Delicious and filling.

I added vegetable broth towards the end as it wasn't saucy enough. Also, added more oregano and salt. Served with an air fryer braut and crispy sourdough. Hubby approved, will make again.
