Sausage, Potato and Spinach Soup

I like to make this with cashew cream (have a dairy allergy) and it works great!

Super impressed with this soup!! Definitely will add to our meal rotation. I added one pound of fresh gnocchi instead of the potatoes and garnished with parmesan.

Soo good! So much flavor.

So delicious and so easy, not too unhealthy at all!

I put in way too much black pepper, please learn from my mistake. Otherwise, this was packed with flavor and delicious!
