The Best Pork Chop Marinade

The marinade wasn't as flavorful as I expected.

So i did this recipe and added a box of beef broth in with the marinating pork chops to soak for the 8hours ! Then sautéed them in a cast iron with butter and garlic and herb seasoning and baked for 15 minutes and omg they were so juicy and amazing ! Everyone loved them

Cooked on a smoker for 2 hours at 225 with this marinade tastes AMAZING!!

Definitely a good marinade. It wasn’t dry at all. I used a cast iron pan and followed the cooking time for 1’’ thick chops. A must try!

Just finished making these- absolutely delicious! perfect amounts of sweet and savory- so good that my friend who doesnt like pork just ate two of these!

The marinade was very good, although I think it needed a little seasoning on top also for my taste.

Instead of ground mustard I added Dijon mustard about a teaspoon or two! This recipe is easy and just fresh and delicately sweet and highlights a nice pork chop! I also added fresh chopped parsley in the marinade and as a garnish!

My partner and I loved this!
