Under 30 minutes

This was probably one of the best caserolles I’ve ever made. I would recommend adding more chorizo, and some guac on top! You can portion this small, for it’s pretty heavy.

Very flavorful! The salsa and chorizo I used was on the spicier side so it ended up being too spicy for the kids. Will make again, for sure.
