I love this recipe! I did tweak it a bit but over all stuck to the recipe. I added an avocado, only did one clove of garlic, added a bit more oil and lemon juice due to having 2 avocados. I didnt measure the basil or cilantro, just used it to my liking. It was fresh but already diced/minced in a container from store. It was easy to make using a food processor.
I may add diced tomatoes in the next one. As you can see I added sweet Italian sausage on top but o bet chicken would be great also. I give this 2 thumbs up! Hot or cold this would be great with many different veggies like black olives, cherry tomatoes, and others. I would even say you could omit the pasta and go for veggie noodles or rice califlower. This is in my permanent recipe box now!
