Instructions
Step 1
Boil or steam the broccoli.
Step 2
Add broccoli to a blender or food processor together with the milk, oil, and season with salt and pepper (you can also add one garlic clove).
Step 3
Mix the sauce with the boiled pasta and serve with Parmesan cheese (and basil leaves if you have any at hand).
