Creamy Steak Fettuccine

Didn't add the cherry tomatoes as my partner and I aren't big fans of them. He loved it, I didn't like it as much but definitely would make it again for him.

Sounds weird, but it was good.

Don't really like the pasta for this. Not as creamy since it called for regular milk and a roux vs heavy cream. Steak though is amazing, definitely the star of the show.

My husband cooked this for date night and it was lovely. He forgot the spinach! Lol. It tasted lovely but I feel would have probably been slightly better with the spinach. It was creamy and delicious. I think only a small amount of balsamic glaze as it over powers the taste. He served with garlic and cheese tear and share bread from Delish recipes. Over all this was tasty and my 9yr also came down from bed and tried it. She sniffed it out! She said she thought it was really nice except the meat and Balsamic 😂.

So yummy! I made ours with twice the tomatoes and swiss chard and spinach from the garden. I also used cream Instead of milk.

Excellent dish. We did use the balsamic glaze however it would be equally good without if you didn't have any on hand

Instructions weren't very clear for a beginner on what ingredients to add to what pot or pan.
