Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in large saucepan and brown off mince
Step 2
Remove from pan then add remaining oil, onion, carrot, courgette and garlic and cook for 5min
Step 3
Add tomato’s purée, beef stock and tomatoes, return mince to the pan and simmer for further 20min
Step 4
If using pasta sheets layer mince a pasta and cook in oven for approx 40min or just serve over pasta of choice
