Pasta bolognaise

I have never found a pasta bol recipe that fits my taste as they all have certain things that I despise so I made this!

Instructions

For the bolognaise

Step 1
First put your mince beef in a frying pan and cook till browned
Step 2
Add your garlic clove and tomato purée and cook for about 2 minutes
Step 3
Add your veg and 1 handful of water then simmer

For the pasta

Step 4
Whilst the bolognaise is simmering make your pasta according to the packets instructions
Step 5
Once the pasta is done add your second handful of water whilst you dish the pasta up
Step 6
Spoon your bolognaise onto the pasta, serve and enjoy!
