Cajun Salmon with Tahini Salsa Recipe

1whole salmon fillet
0.25olive oil
½ cuplemon juice
2 tablespoonscajun spice
1 tablespoonpaprika
salt
to taste
¾ cupmayonnaise
3 tablespoonstahini
1lemon juice
large
½ cupwater
0.33 bunchparsley
chopped
0.5green bell pepper
diced small
0.5bell pepper
any color, diced small
1tomato
large, cubed small
4 stalksgreen onion
chopped
⅙ teaspoonpaprika
½ teaspoonCajun seasoning
Instructions
To Bake Salmon
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°F. Wash your salmon and pat dry with paper towel. Lay flat on an oil sprayed lined baking sheet.
Step 2
Spray the entire salmon with oil spray or rub with ¼ cup olive oil, then pour the lemon all over the salmon filet. Sprinkle the salmon with cajun seasoning, paprika and salt. Close off the sides of the parchment paper over the salmon to lock in the lemon juice so the fish can absorb it all
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked, for a flaky juicy salmon. Top it with my tahini salad, recipe below.
To Prepare Tahini Salsa
Step 4
Whisk together the lemon, water and tahini, then add the mayo and keep whisking until creamy. You can add another tablespoon of tahini to thicken the sauce.
Step 5
Mix in the parsley, peppers, green onions, tomatoes, cajun, paprika and salt.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
