Spaghetti & Spinach with Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

Por accidente hice lo de 4 oz para 8 oz y obviamente me faltó salsa, así que tuve que improvisar echándole más crema y además salsa de tomate así sin nada y por suerte quedó bien. Pero probé lo poco de la salsa para las supuestas 4 oz que iba a hacer y estaba rica.

I doubled the recipe for meal prepping and omg it makes sooooo much, it's super filling, and really tasty. It's also a bit too spicy so I might add less crushed red pepper next time 😅

Not bad, a bit bland

So very good. I added a little white wine to the sauce. Absolutely delicious!

I made it with the chicken. It was good, but I'd change the way the recipe is written. I found it a bit of a challenge to follow and time with the chicken. I'd rewrite it so each ingredient is grouped with a space between.

Super delicious! Pairs well with Sauvignon Blanc.

Will add more salt, onion, & sun-dried tomatoes next time. My 2 year old ate it, too.

Added prawns as well. Fried them in butter and added them at the end with the spaghetti and spinach

Mir etwas zu Knoblauch lästig, aber sonst lecker. Für das nächste Mal würde ich wahrscheinlich noch etwas mehr Spinat reinmachen und noch paar frische Tomaten mit reinschneiden :)

I added a grilled cut up chicken breast. Maybe a bit more spinach next time. So good!

Good with added chicken

My husband loved it, but I'm still on the fence about it. I over reduced the broth, so it wasn't as saucy as it should have been. My biggest question mark is regarding the sour cream. I think next time I will either omit it or use Greek yogurt. I'll definitely try it again though!

Added fresh corn to the onions and added cooked chicken breast when it thinker. We did it it farfalle as well. Great flavors and good for us!

I added in mushrooms as well and it was delicious!
