sliced in halves

1 ½ cupsnapa cabbage
sliced into 2-3 inch pieces

1 ½ cupsbell peppers
sliced into 1 1/2 inch pieces

½ cupshallot
sliced long and thin

1Roma tomato
sliced into 1 1/2-inch pieces

2 tablespoonsfish sauce
