Instructions

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a simmer

Add Cornish Hens or Chicken

Skim Foam

Cover with lid, simmer on low medium heat for at least an hour or until cooked

Remove Chicken from pot, shred meat, discard bones and skin

Add seasoning to pot, adjust to taste

Remove 1/2 cup stock, let cool, add Cornstarch to make soup slurry for thickening

Add shredded chicken meat, crab meat, and Asparagus
Step 9
While soup is at a gentle simmer
Step 10
Slowly pour in egg
Step 11
Wait a minute before stirring
Step 12
Stir Cornstarch slurry well

Add to soup

2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds Oil
