Cold Fighting Chicken Noodle Soup

I soup is so good. I followed the recipe with the exception of the pasta and used orzo. I won't change a thing when I made it again. And again. And again.

I followed the recipe exactly apart from using less ditalini (it absorbed a lot of the broth the first time). Added lemongrass paste this time and I definitely recommend it! 😋

Put a little too many noodles but the recipe is very well balance in its seasonings

Fantastic taste. I prefer to poach the chicken separately in a pot of water with lemon slices, ginger slices, bay leaves, and peppercorns - then shred and add at the end

I will try it only 2 tbsp of lemon juice next time.

Add half a bunch of kale when poaching the chicken. Leave it to cook with pasta.
