Chicken Katsu Curry

This took so much time to make and was very disappointing. I don't agree with frying breaded chicken, it ruined the meat.

So good! I make this all the time. I cut the sauce recipe in half and use tofu instead of chicken! I need to remember not to let the sauce thicken up so much so there’s more of it. I only use 1 tsp of soy and a bit more honey. Sometimes I blend the sauce up instead of leaving it thin.
