I added a lot of different seasonings when cooking the rice as well as garlic, onion, and jalapenos. Additionally, I topped the casserole with cilantro and lime. This was really good, filling, and makes a ton of leftovers. I would like to try it with ground beef next time.

I added some additional seasoning to the top before baking (Mrs dash lemon pepper, paprika and parsley) and I added cheese until it felt right. All in all, very delicious and a huge hit with the family 🥰
