Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
Add black beans, corn, rotel, taco seasoning, and chicken broth to a 9x13 baking dish. Stir until combined.
Step 3
Add chicken and rice and stir until combined.
Step 4
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Step 5
Remove foil and evenly cover the dish with shredded cheese.
Step 6
Add back into the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is nice and melted.
Step 7
Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy!
