Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven at 175 °C.
Step 2
Add to quark, apple sauce, agave syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, margarine and milk to a mixing bowl. Beat it till its a smooth texture.
Step 3
Add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4
Add ⅓ of the mixture to a baking tin, add 1½ stroopwafel on top, add another ⅓ of the mixture and 1½ stroopwafel, and add the last ⅓ of the mixture and 1½ stroopwafel on top.
Step 5
Bake for 40 minutes. Let it cool down for 10 minutes in the baking tin.
