Instructions
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 400F.
Step 2
Wash and dry your potatoes.
Step 3
Rub with oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Pierce each potato with a fork in a few different areas.
Step 5
Arrange the potatoes on the air fryer tray or in the basket in a single layer with room between each potato.
Step 6
Air fry for 30 – 45 minutes depending on how large your potatoes are. Mine only took 30 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from the air fryer and slice lengthwise down the center of the potatoes.
Step 8
Top with your favorite things – butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, whatever you want!
