Ingredients

20Frozen Fully Cooked Chicken & Cilantro Mini Wontons
2 Tbsp. Chili Oil
2 Tbspchili oil
6 ozDried Chow Mein Noodles
12-16oz chicken stock
12 ozchicken stock
1oz chopped cilantro
1 ozcilantro
chopped
1oz sliced green onion
1 ozgreen onion
sliced

Instructions

Step 1
In a medium pot boil water and add wontons. Boil for 5 minutes or until wontons float to top.
Step 2
During the same time, heat up chicken stock in another large pot.
Step 3
Scoop wontons out and add dried chow mein noodles, boiling for 2-3 minutes and drain noodles.
Step 4
In a large bowl add cooked noodles, wontons, green onions and cilantro. Pour hot chicken stock and top with chili oil.
