if you love fries, you'll love this recipe. this is the best air fryer fries recipe I've found, flavorful with perfect crunch but potato-y. I used avocado oil and only popped them in the freezer for 10 mins. would probably do well to make a big batch and freeze to throw in the air fryer whenever.
