Wow! We had a bunch of cauliflower we needed to use. I’d never made cauliflower soup before. This recipe was easy and SO tasty! My whole family loved it–even my picky 6-year-old! I still have 3 bags of cauliflower left, so we’ll definitely make this again! –Melissa (Melissa’s sister-in-law who is also your sister-in-law)
