Used 4 cups mozerella cause we like cheese. Also used a full pound of penne.

Sooo yummy. Added mushrooms and spinach and used Aldi herb and Parm chicken breast. Might also want to add a little more noodles next time as it seemed a little extra saucy (not a bad thing).

Season the chicken, add lots of garlic, Italian seasoning and some sun dried tomatoes.

Added half cup of chopped onions in the beginning, then seasoned chicken/onions with paprika, chili powder, onion powder also.
