Microwave beef mince and lentil hotpot
Instructions
Prep:30minCook:30min
This simple hotpot is made in the microwave but tastes just as delicious as if it’s been baked. If you are new to cooking, it’s a great way of making an economical meal with very little bother. This recipe is part of a Budget family microwave meal plan. In March 2023 it was costed at an average of £4.36 when checking prices at four UK supermarkets. It is designed to be made in conjunction with a low-cost store-cupboard.
