minced or grated

adjust to your sauce thickness preference
1 headbroccoli
1 tablespoonoil
any oil works
1 teaspoonsalt
black pepper
½ teaspoongarlic powder
½ cupgrain
cooked, I used white rice and cooked mine with a little lime and bone broth
2 tablespoonsscallions
fresh chopped, cilantro would also be yummy
