Added breaded chicken on top. Add a bit of sugar and onion and garlic powder to sauce.

Super tasty, but you probably only need 1.5 large onions.

All things considered - the amount of onion, garlic, spices, etc. - the dish itself tasted rather bland. It also was not as saucy as I would have liked for a pasta dish (this is just a personal preference).
