Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes for 15 minutes, add them to a oven safe baking dish and gently smash them.
Step 2
Add smashed garlic, parsley, avocado oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Mix well and add feta.
Step 4
Drizzly a little oil on the feta so it does not dry up when baking.
Step 5
Pre-heat oven at 400F Degrees and bake for 20 minutes or until potatoes are slightly crispy and feta is lightly brown.
