Instructions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until well combined

Add milk, oil, baking powder, salt and all purpose flour. Whisk until uniform throughout with no chunks of dry ingredients.
Step 3
Begin heating a single serving waffle iron. Pour in 1/3 cup of batter. Then layer both the mozzarella and American cheese. Then pour another 1/3 cup of batter mixed with chili crisp on top. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
